Job summary

Quantium is seeking a Salesforce Engineering Lead to coach and grow a team of Salesforce engineers, owning design, delivery and platform health across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Revenue Cloud. You will stay technically close, guide complex decisions and drive high quality outcomes through robust reviews and governance.

Qualifications

• Leader with strong Salesforce experience and platform understanding.
• Experience guiding architecture across Service, Experience, Revenue Clouds and related modules.
• Proven ability to coach, hire and develop engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Salesforce engineers, driving recruitment and performance.
• Set engineering standards for Apex, Aura and LWC, including reviews and testing.
• Own delivery outcomes across Salesforce workstreams and release processes.
• Guide architecture decisions and align with stakeholders across products and security.
• Partner with Product, Delivery and Data teams to translate requirements into deliverables.
• Manage platform health, debt reduction, performance and governance of integrations.
