Quantium, a global data science and analytics leader, is seeking a Salesforce Engineering Lead in Sydney to grow and mentor a high-performing team. You will own delivery across Salesforce workstreams, define architectural directions and maintain high standards of quality and governance.

You will shape the capability of the team, collaborate with Product, Delivery, Data and Security, and drive modern engineering practices while supporting flexible, hybrid work arrangements.

Qualificações

• Leadership in Salesforce roles with a track record of growing teams.
• Strong platform engineering experience across Salesforce modules.
• Proven ability to shape architecture and guide delivery at scale.

Responsabilidades

• Run one-on-ones, development planning and performance cycles for direct reports.
• Oversee sprint planning, refinement and delivery ceremonies and report progress.
• Review designs and pull requests to maintain quality across the Salesforce codebase.
• Own release quality including deployment practices and environments.
• Lead incident response and post-incident reviews for platform issues.
• Represent the team in cross-functional forums and coordinate with Product.
• Support hiring through interviewing and onboarding of engineers.
• Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
