Job summary

Medibank is seeking a Salesforce Engineer to join its MarTech team. You'll build, enhance and optimise Salesforce solutions across customer, marketing and service platforms, delivering automation, integrations and platform innovations.

This 12-month fixed-term, full-time role is hybrid/remote, reporting to the Engineering Lead - MarTech. You will translate business needs into scalable tech outcomes and collaborate with marketing, technology, data and architecture teams.

Qualifications

• Experience building Salesforce solutions across marketing, customer and service platforms.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical outcomes.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration and automation tools, including workflows.
• Familiar with APIs and integrations between systems.
• Strong analytical thinking and collaborative, agile mindset.

• Building, maintaining and improving Salesforce solutions across customer, marketing and service platforms.
• Using automation tools to simplify processes, improve efficiency and create better experiences for customers and teams.
• Configuring and enhancing appointment scheduling capabilities to support complex business requirements.
• Translating business needs into practical and scalable technology solutions.
• Designing and supporting integrations between Salesforce and other business systems.
• Troubleshooting platform issues, maintaining data quality and supporting reliable day-to-day operations. Collaborating with stakeholders across marketing, technology, data and architecture teams to deliver valuable outcomes. [

You might already have the skills for this role if you…

• Have experience working with Salesforce platforms and enjoy building solutions that solve real business problems.
• Can translate business requirements into clear technical outcomes and communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
• Have experience using Salesforce configuration and automation tools, including workflow and process automation capabilities.
• Understand how systems connect through integrations and be comfortable working with APIs and connected technologies.
• Bring strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Enjoy working collaboratively in agile delivery environments and balancing technical excellence with customer and business outcomes.
