Job summary

Allura Partners seeks a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join its internal Salesforce team in Australia. This hands-on role focuses on building and enhancing Marketing Cloud solutions with tight business engagement, across Email Studio, Journey Builder and Automation Studio.

You will write AMPscript, develop Apex and Lightning Web Components when needed, and work across Sales Cloud connections and data extensions.

Qualifications

• Deep Marketing Cloud build experience across Email Studio, Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
• Strong AMPscript.
• Apex and Lightning Web Component development.
• CI/CD and version control experience with any toolset.
• Proven ability to read, understand and safely modify unfamiliar code.
• Experience with the Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud connector and data extensions.
• Cross cloud experience across the wider Salesforce platform.
• Marketing Cloud certification.
• Exposure to Advertising Studio.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance Marketing Cloud solutions across Email Studio, Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
• Write AMPscript for dynamic content, triggered sends and journey logic.
• Develop Apex and Lightning Web Components on the core platform where the work crosses over.
• Work across the Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud connection, including data extension design and synchronisation.
• Read and interpret existing code in a heavily customised org, and assess the impact of a change before making it.
• Take a vague problem from a business unit, work out what is actually going on, and fix it.
• Deploy through established CI/CD and version control processes.
• Work alongside the internal Salesforce team on enhancement priorities.
