Job summary

VAT Talent is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to build, extend and support solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud Engagement in Sydney. You will work across referrals, case management, and customer journeys, navigating cross-cloud dependencies.

You will lead from design through testing to deployment, collaborating with business teams and the Product Manager in an Agile environment to deliver robust Salesforce solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on Salesforce development across Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with cross-cloud dependencies and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, enhance and maintain Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud Engagement
• Develop using Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce Flow
• Integrate Marketing Cloud Engagement with Salesforce CRM
• Support deployments and CI/CD processes
• Collaborate with Product Manager and business teams across delivery lifecycle
