Job summary

Culture Amp is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Developer to join the GTM Systems team in Melbourne. You will build and ship Salesforce features using Apex, Flow, LWC and declarative configuration to deliver robust, production-grade solutions.

Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable implementations, write tests, and help minimize technical debt while expanding AI-assisted development capabilities.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Strong experience implementing Apex, Flows, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components, with CI/CD or version-controlled deployment.
Experience writing Apex test classes and common integration patterns.
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and structured prompts.

Responsibilities

Build and ship Salesforce features using Apex, Flow, Lightning components, and configuration to deliver well-tested, production-quality work within a defined scope.
Translate business requirements into reliable, scalable Salesforce solutions.
Collaborate on large programs across the Salesforce platform, owning development end-to-end.
Support, troubleshoot, and maintain Salesforce and related systems.
Write clean, well-documented code and reduce technical debt.
Contribute to AI-powered processes and tooling for the GTM Systems team.
Document designs, configurations and guides for the team.
Learn from seniors and expand Salesforce expertise.
