Job summary

Paxus - Technology + Digital Talent is seeking a Salesforce Developer / Software Engineer for an on-site contract role in Canberra (ACT) or Melbourne (VIC). The ideal candidate will configure and extend Salesforce CRM, develop with Apex and Lightning Web Components, and deliver automation in an agile Kanban/Scrum environment.

Candidates must hold current Salesforce certifications and have hands-on experience across administration, development, and customization.

Qualifications

Current Salesforce certifications: Platform Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer.
Hands-on Salesforce experience: administration, development, configuration, and customization.
Proven delivery of Flows, Apex, and LWC in production environments.
Experience automating processes on the Salesforce platform.
Familiarity with agile software delivery practices.

Responsibilities

Configure and enhance Salesforce CRM features to support business processes.
Build and implement Salesforce Flows and workflow automation.
Develop using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to design and deliver solutions.
Support release planning and delivery, contributing to continuous improvement of tools/processes.
