Job summary

Culture Amp is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our GTM Systems team in Melbourne. You will build and maintain Salesforce solutions, using Apex, Flow, Lightning Web Components, and configuration to deliver well-tested, production-ready work within a defined scope.

You will translate business requirements into scalable implementations, collaborate with teammates on larger programs, and help keep Salesforce and connected systems healthy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience in SaaS/enterprise environments.
• Experience implementing Apex, Flows, SOQL and Lightning Web Components with declarative configuration.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship Salesforce solutions: Apex, Flow, Lightning components and configuration.
• Translate requirements into scalable, reliable implementations.
• Partner with GTM Systems to deliver end-to-end development across Salesforce ecosystem.
• Maintain core systems, investigate bugs, and ensure health of Salesforce integrations.
• Reduce technical debt through clean, well-documented code and best practices.
• Develop AI-powered processes and tooling for the GTM Systems team.
• Produce up-to-date solution designs and how-to guides for the team.
• Grow expertise across the Salesforce platform and related systems.
