Job summary

Culture Amp is seeking a Salesforce Developer to build and own features across our core revenue systems. You will ship scalable solutions in Apex, Flow, and Lightning components, combining declarative configuration with code to meet business needs.

You will partner with GTM Systems to deliver end-to-end development, maintain core systems, and help reduce technical debt while growing expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience in a fast-paced SaaS or enterprise setting.
• Proficient in Apex, Flows, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components with CI/CD or version-controlled deployments.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and API patterns is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship Salesforce solutions using Apex, Flow, Lightning components, and declarative configuration.
• Translate business requirements into reliable, scalable solutions; ask clarifying questions as needed.
• Collaborate with GTM Systems teammates to deliver end-to-end development across Salesforce.
• Investigate and resolve bugs; keep Salesforce and connected systems healthy and reliable.
• Write clean, well-documented code and identify opportunities to reduce technical debt.
• Contribute to AI-powered processes and tooling for the GTM Systems team and organization.
• Produce up-to-date design and config documentation for team operability.
• Grow expertise across Salesforce platform and broader systems landscape.
