Job summary

Russell Tobin is seeking an experienced Salesforce Engineer to join our Sydney team. You will design and implement Salesforce solutions, manage integrations, and leverage APIs and data modelling to deliver robust business outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in Salesforce, strong DevOps familiarity, and mandatory Developer I & II certs. Experience with industry clouds and data migration is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Engineer with proven expertise in Salesforce development.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce APIs, integrations, and data modelling
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Good understanding of DevOps ideally Git/Gearset and other CI/CD tools
• Excellent understanding of Agile principles
• Experience in performing salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration
• Exceptional ability to create and maintain salesforce flows
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in analyzing data and generating meaningful insights.
• Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Developer 1 & 2) are mandatory.
• Industry experience with broadcast or streaming media beneficial but not required
• Experience working with at least one of the industry clouds (Media cloud, Revenue Cloud, Health Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, etc.) and Data cloud
• Experience with data migration is optional
• Salesforce certifications (Omnistudio Certification, Salesforce Architect, etc.) are highly desirable.
