Job summary

Talent Corp is seeking a Senior Salesforce Software Engineer to lead configuration, troubleshooting and continuous improvement of our Salesforce platforms across critical applications such as Service Cloud, Health Cloud and Digital Experience.

You will work with agile teams to optimize performance, ensure secure access, and deliver reliable user experiences for thousands of users in public services. Excellent communication with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience supporting and configuring Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Health Cloud and Digital Experience.
• Strong Salesforce administration skills including security, user management and automation (Flows).
• Proven Level 2 troubleshooting abilities with complex incidents and service requests.
• Data management, reporting and release impact analysis expertise.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration, troubleshooting and continual improvement of Salesforce platforms.
• Support critical Salesforce apps such as Service Cloud, Health Cloud and Digital Experience.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to optimize performance and user experience.
• Manage data reports and perform release impact analysis.

Are you an experienced Salesforce professional passionate about designing and supporting enterprise-level solutions? We are seeking a dedicated Senior Salesforce Software Engineer to lead the configuration, troubleshooting, and continual improvement of complex Salesforce platforms.

In this role, you will support critical Salesforce applications such as Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Digital Experience, working closely with agile teams to optimize performance and enhance user experiences. Your expertise will ensure our Salesforce environment runs seamlessly, supporting thousands of users across vital public services.

Key Qualifications:

• Extensive experience supporting and configuring Salesforce solutions, particularly Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Digital Experience
• Strong Salesforce administration skills, including security, user management, and automation (Flows)
• Proven troubleshooting abilities at Level 2 support, with a focus on resolving complex incidents and service requests
• Data management, reporting, and release impact analysis expertise
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Salesforce Industries OmniStudio (Vlocity)
• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator or Platform App Builder
• Support experience within large, complex environments in regulated sectors
