Job summary

Infosys Consulting in Melbourne seeks a Salesforce Communications Cloud Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions for telecom use cases.

Responsibilities include configuring OmniStudio components, integrating with external systems via APIs, and delivering high-quality, secure, and scalable software within an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud or Salesforce Industries (Vlocity).
• Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Aura; OmniStudio components.
• Experience with telecommunications domain concepts (CPQ, Order Management, Service Fulfilment).
• Experience with system integrations and API development.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

• Configure and customize OmniStudio components including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards.

• Develop custom functionality using Apex, LWC, Aura, and SOQL.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware like MuleSoft.
• Support order capture, order orchestration, service management and billing integrations.
• Collaborate with solution architects, product owners, and stakeholders to translate requirements into designs.

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Communications Cloud Developer with strong experience in building and customizing Salesforce solutions for the telecommunications and communications industry. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions using Salesforce Communications Cloud, Industries (Vlocity) components, and native Salesforce technologies to support complex B2B and B2C use cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using Salesforce Communications Cloud and Salesforce Industries (Vlocity)
• Configure and customize OmniStudio components including:
  • OmniScripts
  • DataRaptors
  • Integration Procedures
  • FlexCards
• Build and maintain product catalogues, pricing, promotions, and order management solutions tailored for telecom use cases
• Develop custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and SOQL
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Event-based integrations, and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft)
• Support order capture, order orchestration, service management, and billing integrations
• Collaborate with solution architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs
• Ensure best practices for performance, security, scalability, and maintainability
• Conduct unit testing, support UAT, and assist with release deployments
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements post-implementation

Required Skills & Experience
