Job summary

Journey Beyond is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and support Salesforce platforms tailored to the business. The role focuses on optimizing processes, enhancing user experience, and delivering scalable solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

The 12-month fixed-term contract offers an opportunity to contribute to Journey Beyond's expanding digital and data capabilities, working across internal teams to deliver reliable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM platforms, integration and systems development.
• Proven CRM configuration, customization, integration and support.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce initiatives from requirements gathering through to implementation.
• Design, develop, test and deploy Salesforce solutions using declarative tools, LWC and Apex.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and internal/third-party systems using APIs.
• Identify and communicate project issues, risks and release impacts to stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation and perform thorough testing to support quality delivery.

About You

You are an experienced Developer with strong expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, application integration, and systems development. You have proven experience in CRM configuration, customisation, integration, and application support, with the ability to design and deliver scalable solutions that meet business requirements. A solid understanding of Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, SSQ and related products, would be highly regarded.

You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, whilst being results-driven and capable of working autonomously. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role.

This role suits an experienced Salesforce specialist who enjoys working across all Salesforce platforms to deliver scalable business solutions.

About The Role

As the Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing and contributing to the ongoing support of Journey Beyond's Salesforce platforms, which are tailored to meet Journey Beyond's specific business requirements. The role is essential in optimising the Salesforce platform to improve business processes and enhance user experience. Through gathering and analysing stakeholder needs, the Salesforce Developer will troubleshoot platform issues, prepare necessary documentation and contribute to project initiatives.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract, offering the opportunity to contribute to the expansion of Journey Beyond's digital and data capabilities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead Salesforce initiatives from requirements gathering and option analysis through to implementation and closure
• Design, develop, test and deploy Salesforce solutions using declarative tools, Lightning Web Components and Apex.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and internal or third-party systems using APIs.
• Identify, manage and communicate project issues, risks, platform changes and release impacts to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate documentation, complete thorough testing and provide proactive reporting to support transparency and quality delivery.
• Collaborate respectfully with internal teams, vendors and stakeholders to deliver reliable outcomes and foster a proactive team culture.
