Journey Beyond is seeking a highly experienced GM HSE for the Experiences and Attractions division. You will lead the HSE function across a national portfolio of marine attractions and guest experiences, shaping safety strategy, governance and culture.
The role requires 10+ years in Health, Safety & Environment, strong leadership of dispersed teams, and deep knowledge of Australian maritime safety law and regulations.

The General Manager (GM) HSE, Experiences and Attractions role is responsible for leading the HSE function for the newly formed Experiences and Attractionsdivision in Journey Beyond. This newdivision brings together the various businesses in Journey Beyond that are focussed on providing unforgettable guest experiences across our diverse portfolio ofMarineattractions and visitor experiences, services and products.
This role will be a key member of a newly formedLeadership Team andwill deliver a range of HSE support from risk and incident management, strategy development and execution, systems, data and governance, contractor and third party HSE assurance, audit, safety culture and engagement, and leadership coaching.The GM HSE Experiences and Attractions will report to the Executive General Manager HSE and dotted line to support the Managing Director for the Experiences and Attractions function.
This is a national role,ideallybased inAdelaide or Sydney.Travel may be required as you will be required to work with teams and stakeholders in multiple locations. You must have the flexibility to travel as required.
To be successful you willbe an experiencedHSE professionalwith previous experienceina marine and tourism environment where you havemanagedpeopleinteamsthatare geographically dispersed.

Successful candidates are required to provide a current National Police Clearance.
