Job summary

Journey Beyond, Australia's leading experiential tourism group, seeks an enthusiastic HR Advisor for the Rail & Touring division. Located at the Adelaide Keswick Terminal, you will drive recruitment, coaching, and learning initiatives while partnering with leaders to shape culture and performance.

You will manage daily HR operations and deliver key HR projects, drawing on experience in HR and, ideally, tourism. A related degree is preferred but experience matters most.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources or related discipline preferred.
• Experience in the tourism industry is highly regarded.
• Commercially minded professional with a track record of delivering HR projects.

About The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic HR Advisor to become an integral part of our Rail & Touring HR team. This role will focus on Grand Pacific Tours, Outback Spirit Tours, Rail, and various other ventures within the division, offering a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our operations and organisational culture.

About You

You will be an astute, commercially minded professional with a proven track record in crafting innovative, high-quality HR solutions that empower the division to achieve its key commercial objectives. In this role, you will take the lead in delivering vital projects while managing the daily HR operations in collaboration with our wider team.

This position will be located at the Adelaide Keswick Terminal, where your responsibilities will encompass a diverse array of tasks, including recruitment, coaching, and mentoring of leaders, as well as overseeing learning and development initiatives. A degree in Human Resources or a related discipline is preferred, and experience in the tourism industry will be highly regarded.
