Job summary

AIA Australia is seeking a Technical Delivery Analyst to help deliver strategic initiatives and enablement across Financial Services. You will translate strategy into actionable delivery plans, work with Salesforce and AgentForce, and support change initiatives with a customer-centric lens.

Key responsibilities include establishing data frameworks, collaborating with stakeholders, and leveraging AI to improve customer outcomes and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Data analysis and reporting experience in financial services or wealth management.
• Experience with Salesforce configurations, testing and delivery.
• Strong data management skills including SQL and Excel.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Establish data, reporting and tracking frameworks for strategic initiatives.
• Develop actionable project plans and collateral for delivery of priorities.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive execution and align timelines.
• Embed Voice of the Customer insights into initiative design and delivery.
• Support customer retention and revenue growth through optimized journeys.
• Drive improvement using Salesforce and related platforms (design, config, testing, release).
• Leverage AI and analytics tools to improve engagement and efficiency.
