Qualifications

• 10–12 years Salesforce CRM implementation experience.
• 5+ years implementing Salesforce Comms Cloud.
• Strong telecom industry knowledge.
• At least one full implementation cycle in Salesforce Industries (Vlocity), preferably telecom.
• Solid CPQ, Order Management, EPC and CLM on Vlocity experience.
• Technical design using Omni Studio: Cards Framework, Omni Scripts, DataRaptor.
• Migration experience from legacy CRM to Vlocity/Salesforce.
