Job summary

Infosys Consulting, the global management and IT consultancy, seeks a Senior Salesforce Technical Architect for Communications Cloud in Melbourne. You will define end-to-end architectures, lead discovery sessions, and guide secure integrations across enterprise platforms including BSS/OSS and ERP.

You will translate complex concepts for diverse audiences, oversee governance, and drive performance, security, and scalability improvements across Salesforce programs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years IT experience, including 10+ years in Salesforce.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce Communication Cloud (CPQ & OmniStudio).
• 5+ years in the telecommunications industry with BSS/OSS knowledge.
• Certifications: Salesforce Communication Cloud Accredited Professional; Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect.
• Preferred: OmniStudio Consultant; Industries CPQ certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and architecture workshops to capture requirements.
• Define end-to-end technical architectures for complex multi-cloud Salesforce programs.
• Design scalable, secure integration architectures between Salesforce and enterprise platforms (BSS/OSS, ERP, identity, middleware).
• Provide technical leadership, design governance, and oversight to development teams.
• Assess existing Salesforce orgs to identify performance, security, and scalability gaps and plan remediation.
