Job summary

BULLIT MANAGEMENT SERVICES LIMITED is seeking an experienced Salesforce/Vlocity Architect in Sydney to lead telecom implementations. You will provide technical oversight and drive architecture across complex projects, partnering with cross-functional teams.

You will mentor engineers, guide migrations and integrations, and leverage CPQ, Order Management, EPC and CLM on Vlocity to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years Salesforce CRM implementation experience.
• 5+ years in Salesforce Comms Cloud implementations.
• Telecom industry knowledge.
• At least one full implementation cycle in Salesforce Industries (Vlocity).
• CPQ, Order Management, EPC and CLM on Vlocity experience.
• Technical design using Omni Studio tools like Cards Framework, OmniScripts, DataRaptor.
• Migration experience from legacy CRM to Vlocity/Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical oversight and governance for Salesforce/Vlocity projects in Telecom.
• Lead technical & functional design sessions on architecture and solution.
• Salesforce development using Apex, LWCs, Visualforce, Angular, React to architect solutions.
• Vlocity tools: Industry Console, Card Framework, Omniscript, DataRaptor, Integration Procedures & Product Modelling.
• Mentor diverse teams and guide application/integration development best practices.
• Deliver custom development, integrations, and data migration for Salesforce implementations; coach juniors.
• Champion in the Vlocity partner ecosystem, sharing best practices and time-saving techniques.

Job description

• Overall, 10-12 Years of Salesforce CRM Implementation experience
• 5+ Years of Implementation experience in Salesforce Comms Cloud
• Sound Knowledge of Telecom Industry
• At least one full implementation cycle experience in Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) preferably in Telecom
• Sound knowledge of CPQ, Order Management, EPC and CLM on Vlocity
• Sound experience in technical design using Omni studio tools like Cards Framework, Omni Scripts, Data Raptor
• Experience in handling migration from legacy system/legacy CRM platform to Vlocity/Salesforce

Must Have :

• Salesforce Industries (Comms Cloud) Implementation experience
• Knowledge of CPQ, Order Management, EPC and CLM on Vlocity
• Telecommunication Industry Background

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

• Provides technical oversight and governance for Salesforce/Vlocity projects in Telecom

• Role - Lead Technical & Functional design sessions on Architecture, Solution
• Salesforce - Utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Angular, React, and other technologies to architect and build customized solutions
• Vlocity - Utilizing Industry Console, Card Framework, Omniscript, Data Raptor and Integration Procedures & Product Modelling

• Advise and mentor diverse teams, which may include customer and TCS resources providing guidance on application and integration development best practices as well as technical product assistance.
• Manage the delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation, coaching junior members and acting as build master where required
• Act as a champion in the wider Vlocity partner ecosystem, sharing best practices, lessons learned and time-saving techniques.
