Job summary

BULLIT MANAGEMENT SERVICES LIMITED is seeking a senior Salesforce consultant with extensive experience in Salesforce Industries (Comms Cloud) and Vlocity. The role focuses on end-to-end telecom CRM implementations, including CPQ, order management, EPC and CLM, and requires strong knowledge of Omni Studio tools for design and data integration.

Candidates should have hands-on experience migrating legacy CRM platforms to Vlocity/Salesforce and leading full implementation cycles in a Telecom

Qualifications

Job description

• Overall, 10-12 Years of Salesforce CRM Implementation experience
• 5+ Years of Implementation experience in Salesforce Comms Cloud
• Sound Knowledge of Telecom Industry
• At least one full implementation cycle experience in Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) preferably in Telecom
• Sound knowledge of CPQ, Order Management, EPC and CLM on Vlocity
• Sound experience in technical design using Omni studio tools like Cards Framework, Omni Scripts, Data Raptor
• Experience in handing migration from legacy system/legacy CRM platform to Vlocity/Salesforce

Must Have :

• Salesforce Industries (Comms Cloud) Implementation experience
• Knowledge of CPQ, Order Management, EPC and CLM on Vlocity
• Telecommunication Industry Background
