Job summary

Zone IT Solutions Pty Ltd in Sydney, Australia is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Communication Cloud Architect with deep Salesforce CRM experience and strong expertise in Salesforce Communication Cloud and Vlocity, ideally within the Telecom sector.

The role requires hands-on implementation across CPQ, Order Management, EPC and CLM, plus OmniStudio and API integrations. You will design scalable solutions and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver complex CRM programs.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of Salesforce CRM implementation experience.
• 5+ years of Salesforce Communication Cloud implementation.
• Strong Telecom industry knowledge.
• At least one end-to-end Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) implementation.
• Hands-on experience with CPQ, Order Management, EPC and CLM.
• Strong OmniStudio experience: Cards Framework, OmniScripts and DataRaptors.
• Expertise in Apex, SOQL/SQL, Visualforce, JavaScript, XML/JSON, SOAP and REST.
• Experience migrating legacy CRM/systems to Salesforce/Vlocity.
• Strong technical design, integration and stakeholder management skills.
