Job summary

Zensys in Australia seeks a senior Business Analyst with 10-12 years in Salesforce CRM implementation, preferably in telecoms, to lead complex projects. You will work hands-on with Salesforce Communications Cloud and translate business needs into scalable solutions, collaborating with tech and non-tech stakeholders.

You will partner with product, engineering and operations teams to shape architecture and ensure successful deployments across customer networks.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years of Salesforce CRM implementation experience.
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst in a technical or enterprise environment.
• 3+ years hands-on with Salesforce Communications Cloud.
• Experience with CPQ, Order Management, EPC and CLM on Velocity.
• Telecommunication industry background and strong stakeholder communication.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
