Brandt is seeking a Sales Trainee for our Ballarat Branch to support the Sales Department and learn the end-to-end sales process. You will work alongside experienced Territory Managers, gaining hands-on exposure to equipment, customers, and the sales lifecycle.

This role offers structured training, mentoring from seasoned professionals, and clear career advancement within a global equipment dealer. You will assist with inventory, sales admin, and customer inquiries while building the foundation

Responsabilidades

• Assisting with new and used equipment inventory management
• Supporting sales administration and inventory-related activities
• Working closely with the Parts and Service Departments to support sales operations
• Assisting with yard organisation and equipment presentation
• Providing administrative support to Territory Managers and Branch Management
• Preparing preliminary equipment costings and sales documentation
• Assisting customers and supporting dealership enquiries
• Contributing to the overall success of the sales team
