Job summary

Brandt Tractor is seeking a Parts Person for its Pakenham team. You will support customers, technicians, and sales by ensuring right parts are available, handling stock, quotes, invoices, and showroom displays.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, customer service, and computer skills with a proactive attitude. Prior parts or warehousing experience is helpful but not essential in this growing global organisation.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Confidence using computers and learning new systems.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in parts, warehousing, retail, automotive, agriculture, or customer service is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of duties associated with the stocking, receiving, sale and delivery of parts and accessories.
• Manage stock levels to minimise out of or over stock situations.
• Prepare quotes, invoices, and receipts.
• Work with customers at the counter and over the phone
• Prepare and maintain merchandise displays and showroom.
