Qualifications

• 2 - 4 years' experience in sales support, internal sales or customer service.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• CRM experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries and relationships.
• Prepare quotes and pricing proposals.
• Support sales activities and customer meetings.
• Provide product and technical support to customers (training provided).
• Analyse sales data and identify growth opportunities.
• Support product launches and promotions.
