Reece Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Sales Support/Project Coordinator to support the Onsite management in NSW. This onsite role involves handling customer phone enquiries, processing delivery requests for next-day dispatch, and providing stock and technical information.

You’ll liaise with suppliers on pricing and availability, log After Sales requests, maintain stock levels, and work with a team to deliver world-class supply solutions for commercial builders, developers, and plumbers.

Qualifications

• Answer telephone enquiries from customers.
• Process delivery requests and next-day dispatch.
• Provide stock availability and technical information.
• Liaise with suppliers for pricing and product availability.
• Log After Sales requests and follow up.
