Job summary

Reece is seeking a Sales Support professional to assist the Osborne Park onsite team. You will handle customer enquiries by phone, process delivery and order releases for next day dispatch, and provide stock and product information to customers and suppliers.

You will log after-sales requests and help maintain stock levels while upholding Reece values and procedures. The role emphasizes strong customer relations, proactive problem solving, and proficiency with MS Office tools in a collaborative,

Qualifications

• Strong people skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with staff, colleagues and customers.
• Strong interpersonal skills to establish productive working relationships with all staff and customers.
• Willingness to 'have a go' in a hands-on role.
• Great personal and workplace presentation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows programs including Word, Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Answering telephone enquiries from customers.
• Process customer requests for delivery / release of orders for next day dispatch.
• Provide prompt responses on stock availability and technical information.
• Liaise with suppliers for pricing and product availability.
• Log After Sales requests and follow-up.
• Ensure stock levels are maintained in line with onsite stock management procedures.
