Job summary

Reece Group is seeking Sales Support Staff to assist Onsite management at our Osborne Park team. You’ll help handle customer calls, process orders for next-day dispatch, provide stock and technical information, and liaise with suppliers to ensure pricing and availability.

You’ll also assist with After Sales follow-up, stock control, and project-related tasks. Join a team focused on delivering value to trade customers, with a supportive culture and opportunities for growth within the Reece Onsite

Responsibilities

• Answering of telephone enquiries from customers
• Process customers requests for delivery / release of orders for next day dispatch
• Deliver prompt responses to customer enquiries on stock availability and technical information
• Liaising with suppliers for pricing and product availability
• Logging of After Sales requests and associated follow-up
• Ensure stock levels are maintained in line with Onsite stock management system and procedures
• Embracing the Reece values, policies and procedures and being a supportive team member
• Processing and exporting mining orders
• Project Managing
• Project Estimating
