Job summary

Reece Group is seeking a Sales Support/Project Coordinator to back the Onsite management in Sydney. You will handle customer inquiries, process delivery and order releases for next-day dispatch, and help deliver our end-to-end supply solutions for large commercial builders, developers and plumbers.

Based in Sydney, with the Onsite team in Sydney and Newcastle, you’ll log after-sales requests, manage stock levels, liaise with suppliers on pricing and availability, and contribute to project

Qualifications

• People skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with staff, colleagues and customers.
• Strong interpersonal skills - to establish a productive working relationship with all staff and customers
• Willingness to 'have a go'
• Great personal and workplace presentation
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel

Responsibilities

• Answering of telephone enquiries from customers
• Process customers requests for delivery / release of orders for next day dispatch
• Deliver prompt responses to customer enquiries on stock availability and technical information
• Liaising with suppliers for pricing and product availability
• Logging of After Sales requests and associated follow-up
• Ensure stock levels are maintained in line with Onsite stock management system and procedures
• Embracing the Reece values, policies and procedures and being a supportive team member
