Job summary

Elders Rural Services is seeking a Sales Support Officer to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be the first point of contact for clients, providing administrative support and enabling the sales team to build strong client relationships across the Elders network.

The role focuses on supporting end-to-end sales processes, learning and growth within a respected Australian agribusiness, and contributing to branch activities and community engagement such as field days and events.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert administrative support to the team.
• Support the sales process and assist with running the office.
• Provide support for livestock processing as needed.

• Work with the Elders team to explore new opportunities.
• Maximise promotional opportunities at field days and community events.
• Assist with expense management to ensure branch efficiency.

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Support Officer to join the growing team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Our Sales Support Officers are the first person our clients see when they interact with Elders. Your expert customer service skills will operate as the backbone of the branch and support the sales teams in building relationships with clients. With the backing of the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary to take clients through the end-to-end sales process and supported to learn and grow your career.

Responsibilities

• Providing expert administrative support to the team, allowing the branch to develop and foster professional relationships
• Providing support in all areas of the sales process as well as assisting with running the office
• Provide support for livestock processing as needed
• Creating promotional and marketing materials for the branch to actively promote the Elders brand
• Working with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunities
• Maximising promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community events
• Assisting with expense management to ensure the branch is operating effectively
