Job summary

Elders Rural Services Australia Limited is seeking a Sales Support Officer Real Estate on a permanent, full-time basis. You will be the first point of contact for clients, delivering expert customer service and supporting the team to build lasting relationships.

With strong admin skills, you will assist with documentation, contracts and marketing materials, while embracing technology to drive efficiency and growth across Elders’ real estate network.

Responsibilities

• Providing expert administrative support to the team, allowing the branch to develop and foster professional relationships
• Assisting in the preparation of documentation, such as advertising, contracts and providing property management assistance
• Accurately recording funds, completing trust fund transfers and supporting the debt collection process
• Creating promotional and marketing materials for the branch to actively promote the Elders brand
• Working with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunities
• Maximising promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community events

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Support Officer Real Estate to join the growing team on a permanent, Full-Time basis. Our Real Estate Sales Support Officers are the first people our clients see when they interact with Elders. Your expert customer service skills will operate as the backbone of the branch and support the team in building relationships with clients. With the backing of the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary to support and grow your career.
