Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions in Dorrigo, NSW is seeking a full-time Sales Support Merchandise team member. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll provide outstanding customer service in-store and by phone, handle counter sales, respond to enquiries and support the merchandise campaigns.

You’ll maintain stock, assist with deliveries and warehouse duties, and contribute to a safe, well-presented store. Ideal candidates will enjoy working with people, have strong communication, attention to detail, and a

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Problem-solving abilities and a willingness to help customers
• Sound computer skills including Microsoft Office
• A current driver's licence
• A forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one)
• Previous experience in retail, rural merchandise, customer service, warehousing or agriculture will be highly regarded, but not essential.

What You’ll Do:

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you'll play an important role in supporting the success of our branch by delivering exceptional service to a broad customer base, including local farmers, primary producers and trade customers. Your responsibilities will include:
