Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions in Dorrigo, NSW, is seeking a full-time Sales Support Merchandise team member to provide exceptional service to local farmers and trade customers.

You will handle counter sales, take customer enquiries, manage stock, assist merchandise campaigns and loading/unloading deliveries. A forklift licence and a valid driver’s licence are valued, with a supportive team in Australia’s largest agribusiness network.

What You'll Do:

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you'll play an important role in supporting the success of our branch by delivering exceptional service to a broad customer base, including local farmers, primary producers and trade customers. Your responsibilities will include:

What You'll Bring:

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a team environment and has an interest in agriculture and rural communities.

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Problem-solving abilities and a willingness to help customers
• Sound computer skills including Microsoft Office
• A current driver's licence
• A forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one)
• Previous experience in retail, rural merchandise, customer service, warehousing or agriculture will be highly regarded, but not essential.
