Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions in Dorrigo, NSW is seeking a full-time Sales Support Merchandise team member. You will deliver exceptional service to farmers and trade customers, handle counter sales, stock control and merchandising, and contribute to promotions while supporting warehouse tasks.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, attention to detail, and a willingness to work rotating Saturdays in a friendly, regional agribusiness environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Problem-solving abilities and a willingness to help customers.
• Sound computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• A current driver's licence.
• A forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one).
• Previous experience in retail, rural merchandise, customer service, warehousing or agriculture will be highly regarded, but not essential.

What you’ll do

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you'll play an important role in supporting the success of our branch by delivering exceptional service to a broad customer base, including local farmers, primary producers and trade customers. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing outstanding customer service in-store and over the phone

Processing counter sales and customer enquiries

Stock control, ordering, receipting and dispatching goods
