Job summary

BRITEX Australia is seeking a dynamic Sales and Customer Service professional to join our Internal Sales Team. In this role you will handle inquiries, build relationships, and manage the sales process in our CRM system.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and sales managers to align on goals, with training and progression opportunities within a leading stainless-steel supplier in the Australian building industry.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to quickly learn about our products and services.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Manage and document the sales process in a CRM system, including updating customer information, quoting, tracking interactions, and follow-ups.
• Work closely with other internal stakeholders and sales managers to align and achieve common goals.
