Job summary

Perigon Group is partnering with a fast growing SME working capital lender to recruit a Sales Support Analyst for their south side Brisbane office.

The role focuses on broker accreditation, verification checks and administration behind the broker and customer channel, with potential to expand into marketing and social content over time. Strong Excel and CRM experience are valuable for maintaining databases and generating reports.

Qualifications

• Strong administration skills and a methodical way of working.
• Excellent attention to detail, you spot the missing document before anyone else.
• Written communication with brokers and customers in a professional manner.
• Proficient in Excel with basic pivot tables and data handling.
• Interest in marketing or social content is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Process broker accreditation applications end to end, including document and insurance checks.
• Complete customer and broker verification tasks accurately and on time.
• Handle inbound broker and customer queries, document requests and portal questions.
• Maintain the broker and customer database in Excel and the CRM.
• Prepare recurring lists, trackers and activity reports for the sales team.
• Support broker emails, LinkedIn and social activity, events and collateral.
