Responsibilities

• Assess broker applications against credit policy using bank data, trading history and turnover.
• Issue conditional approvals within the same day service standard.
• Chase missing information and keep files moving.
• Work in Excel every day, building and checking your own workings.
• Talk to brokers on the phone and by email with clear, straight answers.
• Keep the CRM and scenario register accurate.
