Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate partner documentation, due diligence, and compliance needs.
• Monitor broker-introduced loan applications from submission to settlement.
• Collaborate with credit, operations, finance and partnerships teams to ensure smooth processing.
• Maintain accurate records and workflows in HubSpot CRM.
• Assist with tracking partner activity, pipeline management and reporting.
• Ensure commission payments are processed accurately and on time.
• Support training, onboarding and ongoing engagement with partners.
• Contribute to high service standards and strong partner relationships.

About the Opportunity

As a Broker Support Officer, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the organisations growing broker and referral partner network. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth and professional experience for partners throughout the entire lending process. This position offers a blend of relationship management, administration, and operational support, providing exposure to all facets of the business. You’ll gain valuable experience within lending and financial services while helping drive partner engagement, business growth, and customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the onboarding and accreditation of new broker and referral partners.

You may currently be working in banking, lending, mortgage broking, financial services administration, customer service, settlements, or a similar support role and be looking for a genuine career opportunity.
