Job summary

Nixil Information and Communications Technology Consulting is seeking a proactive Broker Analyst in Australia to own broker scenarios end-to-end, from enquiry to settlement. You will assess, structure and drive approvals, collaborating with BDMs, Credit and Operations to convert opportunities into funded deals.

The role requires experience in lending, credit analysis and high-volume environments, with a focus on speed, accuracy and exemplary broker service.

Qualifications

  • Experience in broker support, lending, credit analysis, loan processing or a similar financial-services position.
  • Ability to assess lending scenarios and structure quality submissions within established credit policy.

Responsibilities

  • Take end-to-end ownership of allocated broker scenarios and manage each opportunity through the lending process.
  • Assess scenarios against credit policy and provide brokers with clear feedback.
  • Structure deals from the outset and position submissions for efficient credit decisions.
  • Drive conditional approvals within a one-business-day SLA.
  • Follow up missing information promptly while keeping brokers informed.
  • Educate brokers on submission quality and data requirements.
  • Support brokers with accreditation, portal and application enquiries.
  • Manage conditionally approved deals through credit, contracts and funding to maximise settlement.
  • Coordinate with the national BDM team on relationships and pipeline priorities.
  • Maintain accurate records of scenarios and movements in CRM and sales tools.
  • Work toward quarterly targets for scenario-volume and conversion.
  • Operate within credit policy and responsible lending standards.
  • Represent the company brand professionally in broker interactions.

  • Follow up missing information and documentation promptly while keeping brokers informed throughout the process.
  • Educate brokers on submission quality, documentation requirements and bank-data expectations.
  • Support brokers with accreditation, portal and application-related enquiries.
  • Manage conditionally approved deals through credit, contracts and funding to maximise settlement conversion.
  • Partner with the national BDM team to coordinate broker relationships, pipeline priorities and effective handovers.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of scenarios, activities and pipeline movements within the CRM and sales tools.
  • Work towards quarterly scenario-volume and conditional-approval-to-settlement conversion targets.
  • Operate within credit policy, responsible lending requirements and the companies standards of conduct.
  • Represent the company brand professionally and accurately in every broker interaction.
