Job summary

Agtech Food Manufacturing (AFM) on the Gold Coast is hiring a customer-focused role to handle inbound enquiries, scope projects, source ingredients and packaging, and prepare quotes through to order. You will nurture existing customers, drive reorders, and expand the Nourished Nutrients range with resellers.

You’ll work with production and purchasing teams and use Fishbowl and Bigin for orders and CRM management.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales coordination, account management, quoting or estimating, purchasing or procurement, or a customer-facing role in manufacturing or distribution.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for new customers: respond to enquiries, scope the job and confirm specifications.
• Build costings and prepare quotes, then follow them up and turn them into orders.
• Look after existing customers: reorders, check-ins, and making sure they know everything we offer.
• Grow our supply of ingredients, packaging and materials to new and existing customers.
• Work with production and operations so customer requirements are met.
• Research and identify suppliers of ingredients, packaging and manufacturing services.
• Obtain pricing, specifications, samples, MOQs and lead times, and recommend the best options.
• Keep supplier pricing records up to date, and find alternatives when price, availability or quality changes.
• Help cost new products and customer projects.
• Enter new and repeat sales orders into our inventory system (Fishbowl), check them against the quote, and prepare customer invoices.
• Keep our CRM (Bigin) up to date and manage the orders inbox.
• Keep in touch with our Nourished Nutrients resellers, find new ones, and promote the range for white-label.
