HRCheck Aust Pty Ltd. seeks an experienced Regional Sales Manager for Fruit & Produce to lead a high‑performing Queensland sales team from Yatala and drive revenue growth across regional markets.

You will coach Territory Managers, manage strategic accounts and collaborate with senior leadership to deliver excellent customer outcomes. You will partner with growers, packhouses, processors and distributors, travel Regionally, and contribute to forecasting, pricing and negotiations to expand market

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and developing sales teams.
• Strong business development and customer acquisition skills.
• Experience within FMCG, Agribusiness or a related industry.
• Strong commercial acumen including forecasting, pricing and margin management.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation abilities.

HRCheck is now seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager - Fruit & Produce to lead our client's regional sales operations, through developing a high‑performing team and driving continued growth across Queensland.

Reporting directly to the Group Sales & Marketing Director, this is a key leadership position with significant influence across commercial performance, customer engagement and strategic growth.

The Opportunity

Working closely with growers, packhouses, processors, distributors and major customers, you'll be responsible for strengthening existing relationships while identifying new opportunities to grow revenue and market share.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, coaching and developing Territory Managers (Sales) across Queensland
• Driving growth across Fruit & Produce, agribusiness and related market sectors
• Identifying and converting new business opportunities
• Managing strategic customer relationships and major accounts
• Supporting forecasting, pricing, tenders and commercial negotiations
• Developing and executing regional sales strategies
• Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure exceptional customer outcomes
• Delivering profitable revenue growth across Regional Queensland

How The Role Works

This position is based from the company's Yatala headquarters, with approximately 1.5 weeks per month spent travelling throughout Regional Queensland.

The balance of your time will be spent:

• Leading and supporting your sales team
• Working closely with senior leadership
• Managing customer opportunities and key accounts
• Collaborating with operational teams to deliver outstanding service outcomes

This is a genuine leadership role that combines office‑based strategy and team management with regular customer engagement throughout Queensland.

About You

To be successful in this position, you will likely bring:

• Proven experience leading and developing sales teams
• Strong business development and customer acquisition skills
• Experience within FMCG, Agribusiness or a related industry
• Strong commercial acumen, including forecasting, pricing and margin management
• Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation skills
• Experience managing strategic customer relationships
• A hands‑on leadership style and passion for developing people
• The ability and willingness to travel throughout Regional Queensland

Packaging industry experience will be highly regarded, however candidates with strong FMCG industry experience and demonstrated sales leadership capability are encouraged to apply.
