Blackwoods in Albany, WA is seeking a customer-focused sales professional to join our branch team. You will re-engage customers, manage accounts, and deliver outstanding service while supporting sales administration and branch initiatives.

You will work with an established customer base and warm leads, building relationships and contributing to branch performance. Weekend rotation may be required occasionally.

About the role:

We're looking for a customer-focused sales professional to play a key role within our branch team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has built strong sales and relationship management skills on the shop floor and is looking to take the next step into a role that combines customer engagement, account management and branch support.

Working with an established customer base and warm leads, you'll focus on building relationships, re-engaging customers, identifying growth opportunities and delivering an outstanding customer experience. You'll spend time both supporting customers and maintaining existing accounts, while also assisting with sales administration, reporting and branch initiatives.

This role will have access to a company vehicle for customer visits.

This role is mainly Monday to Friday; however, flexibility to work weekends from time to time is essential to support sales events and operational needs.

What you'll be doing:

• Experience within trade, industrial, retail or customer‑facing environments will be highly regarded.
