Job summary

Repco is seeking a Sales Representative to cover the North Metro region. You will build strong relationships with workshops and trade customers, driving sales and gross margin while managing approximately 150 accounts.

The role is hands-on and on-site, with lifting and driving required. You will use a CRM system to track activity, attend trade shows and training sessions, and contribute to achieving sales budgets.

Qualifications

• KPI-driven environment experience desirable.
• Automotive industry familiarity preferred.
• Ability to liaise with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Solving customer problems through consultation, relationship building, and understanding customer needs.
• Responsibility for sales and gross margin performance of your territory.
• Manage relationships of around 150 customers.
