JJ's Waste & Recycling is seeking an energetic Sales Representative to support depot operations across the Sunshine Coast. You will manage existing customers, upsell services, and continually pursue new business in a fast-paced, autonomous role.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face selling experience is highly regarded.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

As a JJ's Sales Representative you will support our depot operations in the Sunshine Coast region.

No day will be the same – this position is well suited to an adaptable sales professional with the ability to multi-task and problem solve.

We equip our salespeople with a strong working knowledge of our business, so they can operate autonomously and confidently.

The role has three core components. You will provide excellent after-sales service to our existing customer base and defend them against competitors. You will upsell new services to our existing customer base for mutual benefit. You will grow our customer base within your assigned territory.

Professionalism, expertise, and a sense of urgency are all critical to success in the role. We are an essential services industry, offering stability to employees and reliability to our customers.

This position is a permanent, full-time Monday to Friday. Regular travel required across the region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and efficiently action inbound customer calls and enquiries
• Provide professional customer service to both internal and external customers
• Ability to prioritise and perform duties in a fast paced and varied role
• Proactively pursue new business in a structured, focussed & considered manner
• Developing and nurturing existing customers through systematic cycle visits and interactions
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs each week
• Demonstrating a keen passion to drive the business forward and continuing to grow
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the business
• Identify enhancement opportunities and suggest solutions for improvement
• Strive for improvement in operations whilst upholding a high level of safety at all times

• Have your own roadworthy vehicle and a valid Australian Drivers Licence
