We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Officer who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating positive experiences for every customer interaction.
As a key member of our depot team, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve enquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure every interaction is handled professionally and efficiently. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll collaborate closely with our Operations, Sales and Administration teams to help keep our business running smoothly while building strong relationships with our customers.
Pay: $38.56 Per Hour + Super
Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Days of Work: Monday to Friday | Full Time
As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play an important role in delivering outstanding customer service while supporting the day-to-day operations of the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering exceptional customer service by providing professional, friendly and timely support to both internal and external customers.
Confidently managing inbound calls and customer enquiries, providing timely, accurate and solutions-focused support.
Maintaining accurate records through efficient data entry and document processing, ensuring information is completed within required timeframes.
Coordinating incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring prompt responses, effective follow-up, escalation where required, and clear communication.
Collaborating closely with Operations, Sales, Administration and Management teams to ensure the seamless flow of information.
Supporting the depot and wider team with general administration duties and other tasks as required.
Previous experience in Customer Service / Call Centre or similar in a high-volume customer support role is highly regarded.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage professionally with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
A calm, solutions-focused approach when working under pressure.
Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage, prioritise and multitask effectively while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems, with the ability and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
A team-first mindset while also being able to work independently and take ownership of your responsibilities.
