Job summary

Makita Australia is seeking an energetic Sales Representative for the QLD North region (Rockhampton to Gladstone). The role involves managing and growing the territory, building strong customer relationships, delivering product demonstrations, and supporting marketing initiatives across dealers and end users.

You will drive sales, participate in promotions and events, and report market activity while representing a global power tool leader.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ on-the-road sales experience.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Experience with power tools, accessories or outdoor power equipment (highly regarded).

Makita is looking for an energetic on-the-road Sales Representative to manage and grow our territory across QLD North (Rockhampton to Gladstone region and west areas within the region) and surrounding areas.

You’ll be responsible for building strong customer relationships, driving sales growth, merchandising Makita’s market-leading product range, and identifying new opportunities across your territory.
