Alfresco Shade seeks a motivated Sales Representative to grow our commercial shade solutions across Sydney. You will respond to enquiries, conduct site consultations, present quotes, and guide customers from inquiry to project handover.

This full-time role offers a base salary with super, uncapped commissions, and training. You’ll engage with builders, architects, and facilities teams while leveraging CRM tools and a strong support network.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, preferably within construction, building products, hard landscaping or related industries.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable negotiating and closing sales and managing multiple opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to new sales enquiries and generate new business.
• Develop your sales pipeline and conduct client meetings and site consultations.
• Guide customers from initial consultation through to project handover and installation coordination.
• Present accurate quotations and follow up on enquiries to maximise opportunities.
• Maintain CRM records and collaborate with installation and operations teams.
