Job summary

Revolvashade on the Gold Coast is seeking a proactive sales/quote specialist to help homeowners and commercial clients select premium cantilever umbrellas. You will respond to enquiries, advise on sizes and colours, prepare quotes and manage orders through to delivery and installation.

You will be the main contact, so clear communication and reliable follow-through matter. A car is required; training on products and quoting will be provided. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience.
• Comfortable dealing with homeowners and explaining a higher-value purchase clearly.
• Confident on the phone and in writing.
• Organised, and good at following up without being chased.
• Own car and a current driver's licence.
• Able to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Respond to new enquiries by phone, email and web form, mainly from homeowners.
• Advise customers on the right umbrella size, colour and base for their space.
• Prepare and follow up quotes.
• Handle commercial and hospitality enquiries and support dealers with product information, orders and stock availability.
• Work with the workshop and installation team to keep delivery and install dates accurate.
• Keep customer records and pipeline notes up to date.
