Elegant Collections is seeking two Sales Representatives to cover Victoria with a commission-only contract. You will identify and sign up new retail stockists, present our wholesale ranges, and convert opportunities into orders while servicing existing accounts.

• Valid ABN (or willingness to obtain one) — this is a contractor engagement.

Australian wholesale business supplying quality furniture and home décor to retailers. Seeking x2 Sales representatives to cover different regions (Victoria - West / North region and East / South Region). This is a commission-only independent contractor role with uncapped earnings, offering a defined Victoria territory. You will identify, approach and sign up new retail stockists across Victoria, present product ranges, write up wholesale orders, service and grow existing accounts, provide market feedback, attend trade fairs and showroom events, organise appointments with retailers, and visit store fronts to encourage reordering based on stock levels.

Key responsibilities

Identify, approach and sign up new retail stockists (furniture, homewares, gift and interior stores) across Victoria

Present product range using catalogues, price lists and samples supplied

Write up wholesale orders

Service and grow existing accounts — follow up reorders, introduce new ranges

Provide market feedback on trends, pricing and competitor activity

Attend trade fairs and showroom events as agreed

Organise appointments with retailers to view the range in person

Visit store fronts and encourage reordering based on stock levels

About you

Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in furniture, homewares, giftware or interiors wholesale

An existing network of retail buyers in VIC and/or NSW (highly regarded)

Self-motivated and comfortable working on a commission-only basis

Own reliable vehicle; current driver's licence

Valid ABN (or willingness to obtain one) — this is a contractor engagement

Excellent presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills

Commission Structure

This is a commission-only independent contractor role with uncapped earnings:

Base tier: 8% commission on all paid sales up to the agreed monthly sales target

Accelerator tier: 12% commission on all paid sales above the monthly target

Payment: Commission is earned when the customer's payment is received, and paid monthly with a commission statement
