Salexo Consulting in Brisbane is seeking a Sales Representative to own a local territory and drive external sales for civil and construction equipment. You will meet customers, understand project needs and provide practical solutions with the support of experienced colleagues.

You’ll learn the business from the ground up with product and systems training, while building your own approach and career within a growing, established company.

Job description

Sales Representative - Civil and Construction Equipment

If you’ve built a strong foundation in internal sales, stepped up as a 2IC or spent a few years in the field, this role gives you the chance to take on more and grow into a confident, capable external salesperson.

The business is an established Australian specialist working with customers across construction, civil and infrastructure projects. It provides practical equipment and on-site support to help customers manage the challenges that come with complex, active worksites. The team works closely with customers to understand what each job needs and deliver a solution that works in practice.

You’ll learn the business from the ground up, with product and systems training that helps you build real knowledge and credibility with customers.

The opportunity

You’ll take ownership of a Brisbane territory, meet customers, develop new relationships and uncover opportunities as projects take shape. You’ll have experienced people around you to learn from, while being trusted to build your own approach and make the role yours.

Base salary of $80k - $100k
